My client is looking to recruit a Casualty Fraud Paralegal to join their growing Casualty Fraud Team in Birmingham. Salary £30k DOE.

My client is a leading firm in defending Casualty claims. In this role you will be managing your own litigated caseload of fast track and multi track files where fraud is suspected. You will be defending and investigating exaggerated claims, fabricated claims, fabricated accident circumstances, substituted injury, staged accidents and organised fraud. The role may also include motor, housing disrepair, property damage, and highways-related cases.

Salary for the role is £30,000 DOE + bonus. There is a high degree of flexibility with time in the office; you will be in the office once a quarter but the rest you can work from home if that's what you prefer. Benefits include 25 days AL with the option to purchase a week, enhanced maternity/paternity leave, private medical and dental insurance and many others.

The ideal candidate will need previous experience managing or assisting on a case load of casualty claims. Ideally with some fraud experience but this isn’t a necessity.
