As we continue to grow, we are looking for an enthusiastic Brewery Experiential Ambassador to join our team and help us share our passion for beer with our customers.
Role Overview:
We’re eager to welcome applicants aged 55 and over to apply for the position of Brewery Experiential Ambassador. In this role, you will play an integral part in bringing the story of Saltaire Brewery to life. You will guide visitors through brewery tours and host beer tastings, helping to create unforgettable experiences for beer lovers. Your passion and knowledge will inspire others to connect with our brewery and the unique beers we craft.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead informative and engaging brewery tours, sharing the history and craftsmanship behind Saltaire Brewery and our beers.
- Host fun and educational beer tastings, introducing guests to our range and helping them discover new favourites.
- Foster a welcoming, friendly environment for visitors, ensuring they have an enjoyable and memorable experience.
- Support in the planning and execution of brewery events, tastings, and other experiential marketing initiatives.
- Contribute to social media and marketing efforts, showcasing your passion for beer and the Saltaire Brewery experience.
Skills and Experience:
- A genuine passion for craft beer with a desire to learn more about brewing and beer styles.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage and entertain a variety of audiences.
- Outgoing, approachable, and enthusiastic, with a natural flair for creating connections with people.
- Previous experience in customer-facing roles (hospitality, retail, or similar) is a plus.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings for events.
- A strong interest in being part of a creative and dynamic team.
