We are happy to be assisting a strong 'Lawyer Top 200 Firm', who are looking for an experienced and well-regarded Private Wealth specialist (Tax, Trusts and Estates) to take over the practice from another Partner and to deal with the busy caseload that this Firm continuously has.
An individual seeking to apply for this role need not have a vast following but ought to have at least some portable clients or referrer contacts, since amongst other things, this will dictate entry level salary. A move straight into the Equity of the Firm is not ruled out for a particularly strong Candidate.
Whilst there is of course junior support in the team, the successful individual would not be precluded from bringing existing team members of their own. Our client would also consider a Senior Associate / Legal Director or Of Counsel to join directly as a Partner although this again would require some sort of following, however de minimis, and such an individual would need to currently be working at a leading, Directory-ranked Firm.
