Our client is seeking a Systems Security Engineer for a 12-month contract within their Surveillance and Protective Technologies division. This role will focus on the development of release documentation for advanced defence and security products. Due to the nature of the work, this role requires 80-100% on-site working at the client’s facility.
This role offers exposure to cutting-edge Electronic Warfare (EW) products and the chance to work alongside industry-leading subject matter experts in systems security, cryptography, and information warfare.
Key Responsibilities- Creation of Test Reports following Verification & Validation of sub-systems.
- Development of Integration and Trials Reports following system integration.
- Production of Security Management Reports post Verification and Trials activities.
- Leading technical discussions with suppliers and customers.
- Managing design review documentation and ensuring compliance with security standards.
- Strong knowledge of Electronic Hardware Verification & Validation methodologies.
- Expertise in Security aspects, including Information Warfare, Networks, Cryptography, and System Vulnerabilities.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to lead technical discussions.
- Experience with Product Data Management tools (Teamcenter, SharePoint, Confluence).
- A self-motivated problem solver with excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
- Must be eligible for SC Clearance (UK-caveated programmes).
