We are looking for an experienced Insurance Account Handler with a proven track record of managing commercial SME client relationships. You will ideally have proven experience working with high net worth clients and demonstrate a passion for providing outstanding customer service standards. Working with a well-established existing portfolio of clients, you will support both colleagues and managers in managing client requirements in a professional, knowledgeable and confident manner.

What you will need to know and be able to do, to a high standard:
- Minimum of 12 months previous commercial insurance experience.
- Ability to read and digest technical information and explain clearly to a client in a way which is pragmatic, appropriate and effective.
- Competent technical ability in all aspects of general insurance business.
- Good technical and administrative knowledge of dealing with claims.
- A high competence of regulatory compliance relating to the day-to-day handling of commercial business.
- Work with a full understanding to ensure compliance standards are met.
- Good Microsoft Office systems knowledge, including Excel.
- Experience of Acturis system desired but not essential.
