Exciting opportunity for a talented Executive Assistant to partner with the Founder/CEO of a fast-growing, innovative company making waves within the investment space. This newly created, part-time hybrid role offers the chance to work at the heart of the business, directly supporting a visionary leader and making a real impact as the company continues to scale.

You’ll be the CEO’s right hand—managing schedules, handling confidential projects, preparing materials for key meetings, and ensuring day-to-day operations run smoothly. This role goes beyond admin; it’s your chance to anticipate needs, become a trusted advisor, and shape how the CEO’s time is focused for maximum impact.

We’re looking for someone reliable, calm under pressure, and driven to excel. You’ll have proven experience supporting senior leaders, exceptional organisational skills, and a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
