We are working with an award-winning Legal 100 firm in Crawley to recruit a Commercial Real Estate Solicitor to join its dynamic and growing team.
Experience:
- Solid experience in commercial real estate transactions, including secured lending, freehold and leasehold acquisitions, disposals and property investment portfolio management.
- Experience advising lenders, landlords, tenants and charitable organisations on a wide range of real estate matters.
- Strong drafting skills and knowledge of relevant property legislation and case law.
- Previous experience working closely with clients as their legal advisor on complex transactions.
Skills:
- Excellent client care skills, with the ability to understand and meet clients' commercial objectives.
- Ability to manage caseloads efficiently, meeting deadlines and financial targets.
- Competence in IT systems, including Outlook, Word, Digital Dictation and Case Management software.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to convey technical legal information effectively.
