Award-winning FinTech start-up is seeking a versatile, independent, problem-solver who enjoys tackling complex challenges. This role will be crucial in supporting their leadership team, ensuring seamless execution of strategic and operational initiatives.
They’re seeking a self-motivated Founder’s Associate who will work closely with the Founder and CEO. This is a generalist role which will give you invaluable cross-functional exposure across the business, from working with clients to supporting on internal strategic initiatives.
What You’ll Do:
- Support daily operations by handling administrative tasks, process improvements, and cross-functional coordination
- Assist with project management and data entry
- Drive special projects in areas like marketing, product development, or business development
- Manage stakeholder communications and onboarding clients.
What You Bring:
- You are a logical problem solver: You can break complex problems into smaller ones and are fluent in using data to facilitate your work
- Proactivity, with the ability to navigate ambiguity – happy to take initiative and anticipate needs and opportunities
- Outstanding organisation skills, thinking ahead and planning accordingly
- Strong ability to work with data, delivering insights and using it for informed decision-making
- Excellent prioritisation skills with the ability to adapt and be coached
- Resourcefulness with superb written and verbal communication.
