We’re looking for an Account Manager to join our Sales team! In this role, you'll manage a high volume of accounts, focusing on renewals and upselling.
Key Responsibilities:- Managing a book of business focused on renewals and upsells from different verticals.
- Responsible for the retention of clients.
- Pipeline and time management - maintain an up-to-date pipeline with weekly forecasting.
- Using data and insights to drive deal optimisation and overcome objections is a critical part of this role.
- Relationship and stakeholder management both internally and externally.
- Cross-departmental collaboration - to build out proposals across research, brand partnerships and verification to drive significant incremental revenue.
- Experience with best in class sales tool stacks - Preferably with Salesforce, LinkedIn and Gong.
- Experience in renewals, upsells and dealing with negotiations.
- Experience in dealing with mid-market to enterprise accounts.
- Data competency to drive deal optimisation.
- Experience working with clients on an ongoing basis.
- Experience of working and driving towards revenue targets.
