Apex Educ8 is seeking to recruit dedicated Teaching Assistants for outstanding schools in Aylesbury. The ideal candidate would be someone that is hardworking and is keen on producing excellent results. If this sounds like you, this position would be extremely ideal!
Job Specification:
- Location: Aylesbury
- Contract: Term to Perm
- Full/Part Time: Full Time
- Rate: £90 - £110 (DOE)
- Hours: 8:30am - 4pm
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist with the planning of learning activities.
- Use strategies, in liaison with the teacher, to support students to achieve learning goals.
- Monitor students’ responses to learning activities and accurately record achievement/progress as directed.
- Provide detailed and regular feedback to teachers on student achievement, progress, problems etc.
- Promote good pupil behaviour, dealing promptly with conflict and incidents within and beyond the classroom in line with established policy.
- Create and maintain a purposeful, structured and supportive environment, in accordance with lesson plans and assist with the display of students’ work.
YOU MUST:
- Hold valid RIGHT TO WORK in the UK
- Hold Enhanced Child DBS on the update service
- Provide two professional references
