My client, a law firm based in London, is looking for an experienced recruiter that specializes in fee-earning lawyer recruitment. This is a contract role initially released on a 12-month basis but could extend beyond this period. This exciting role will suit a successful legal recruiter looking to work in a top-tier business, working directly with stakeholders across various areas including employment, arbitration, litigation, etc.

You will be working as a senior recruiter with support from the wider recruitment team, building the brand and leading both direct and agency-led recruitment campaigns. You’ll need to establish and maintain effective networks and relationships with key line contacts, involving regular liaison with the client base to deliver a recruitment service that meets their needs and expectations.

You will plan and lead recruitment activity across mid to senior-level positions using standardized selection methodologies, from capturing briefs to negotiating offers. My client is looking for someone with proven experience of recruiting fee-earning professionals across law firms in London, bringing not only technical recruitment knowledge but also insight into the legal market and legal sector trends to share with key stakeholders. This could come from another law firm or you may specialize in lawyer recruitment from an agency.

You should be available to interview and start on relatively short notice – 4 weeks maximum. If this describes your background and you’re ready to make that move, send your CV to Frazer Jones today. The working pattern is 3 days in the office and 2 from home.
