Key Responsibilities (Including but not Limited To):

- Scheduling & Budget Control: Create and maintain project timelines, monitor costs, and keep projects within budget.
- Vendor & Permit Coordination: Negotiate contracts, obtain necessary permits, and secure licenses.

- Progress Tracking: Set milestones, monitor deliverables, and proactively address potential issues.

Qualifications (Including but not Limited To):
- Minimum 5 Years of Construction Project Management Experience: A track record of on-time, on-budget project completions.
- Blueprint Mastery: Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction documents.
- Leadership Background: Previous experience as a Construction Superintendent is a plus.
- Certification: Project Management certification is ideal.
- Deep Construction Knowledge: Familiarity with current methods, building products, and local building codes.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficient in Microsoft Excel and construction management software.
