Sales Administrator – What You’ll be Doing:

  • This role involves supporting sales and marketing, arranging shipments, coordinating logistics, processing shipping documents and processing accounts data using SAP.
  • Coordinating the importing, exporting and storage of goods.
  • Administration of sales notes, purchase orders, packing lists and invoices.
  • Data entry into SAP.
  • Ensuring accurate stock control.
  • Monitoring credit control and ensuring customer payments are received on time.
  • Monitoring credit limits and forex booking balance.

Sales Administrator – The Skills You’ll Need to Succeed:

  • Previous experience of import/export and logistics.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Accurate and proven numerical skills.
  • Strong Excel skills.
  • Good time and task management, ability to work to tight deadlines.
  • Ability to work in a cross-cultural environment.
