What you'll do
- Deliver world-class marketing communications to Vodafone customers driving engagement and customer loyalty.
- Develop and champion a lifecycle marketing strategy for VeryMe Rewards, ensuring all communications are relevant, timely and build customer love and affinity with the loyalty programme.
- Production and execution of marketing messages across various channels (SMS, MMS, e-mail, push notification, DM).
- Ensure all marketing activity reflects our brand strategy and tone of voice and that all communications are legally compliant and drive a positive response.
- Track and report on the impact of all marketing communications making clear recommendations on how we can further increase brand appreciation and customer engagement.
- Develop loyalty campaign strategy with a clear lifecycle management approach.
- Ensure Customer Experience and Earning Customer Loyalty is at the heart of all marketing activity generated.
Who you are
- Marketing experience with knowledge of campaign briefing, design and testing.
- Able to think both creatively and analytically to deliver compelling campaigns.
- Experience in (or understanding of) digital marketing.
- Highly customer focused with ability to pull together complex customer journeys to ensure the best experience is delivered.
- Confident stakeholder management skills with a natural ability to influence across all levels of the organisation.
- Able to operate within a fast-paced, highly competitive and demanding commercial environment.
- Strong project management skills are required in order to manage multiple requirements across challenging.
