Our client, Henderson Group is one of Northern Irelands best-known companies. Owners of the SPAR, EUROSPAR, ViVO, ViVOXTRA and ViVO Essentials franchises in Northern Ireland the company has been distributing food and grocery-related products to the convenience retail sector for over 120 years. This strategic Property Director appointment comes at a tremendously exciting time for the Group following continued organic and acquisitive growth. Henderson Group are seeking to appoint a talented leader to join the executive team in what is a vital role within the Group. Critically, this role straddles all aspects of the Groups Property portfolio and the provision of industry best practice and best-in-class property management service provision in support of the Groups strategic goals, achieving optimum long-term growth in shareholders funds, through proactive development of the portfolio. The role requires a strong property professional with an exceptional record of delivery within a large commercial property portfolio with a strong understanding of a large and complex organisation preferably within the grocery or FMCG sector. The ability to provide inspirational leadership, support and direction in a complex environment that operates at significant pace is crucial. The position is based at Group Main Office in Greater Belfast.
