Joining a very dynamic Suffolk based property development construction company to help drive efficiency, cost savings, and project completion. This is a hands-on leadership role where you will define a region, pulling all the strings while reporting to the MD and senior leadership team. With multiple, multi-million pound projects ongoing and incoming, this extraordinary construction business just keeps on growing. (No travel needed) Negotiable and generous package to fit the right person. A long-term career opportunity. All developments/construction projects are based in Suffolk.

The right person will have the right experience, construction project exposure, and leadership skills, along with a problem-solving mindset. We are looking for someone who can ask, 'How can we do it better, cheaper, and with even more quality, twice as fast?' Must have experience in industrial warehouse ‘shed’ construction. This role includes responsibility for the entire team: QS, PM, SM, and more, with end-to-end delivery emphasizing efficiency and cost-saving.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and market expansion.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including potential partnerships and collaborations.
  • Lead and participate in business development activities, such as networking events, industry conferences, and client meetings.
  • Demonstrate the ability to take ownership of varied in-house projects.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
  • Ensure all projects comply with relevant industry standards, regulations, and best practices.
  • Possess excellent hands-on direction and leadership skills.
  • Ideally MRICS/MCIOB qualified.
  • Must be flexible in hours of work and travel.
  • Demonstrate strong negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in relevant software (e.g., MS Office, project management tools).
