Compensation and Shift Pattern

Salary: £35,756.72 per annum

Shift pattern: 12‑hour night shifts, 4‑on‑4‑off, 4‑on‑4‑off pattern.

Responsibilities

• Transport passengers from national car park locations to the main airport terminal.
• Interact respectfully with customers to deliver a professional and efficient car park operation.
• Provide appropriate customer service support when approached on site by members of the public.
• Maintain good communication and consult regularly with the team leader and car park staff, seeking assistance and contributing to the resolution of outstanding issues.
• Ensure we deliver a punctual and efficient service to our customers and clients.
• Perform daily vehicle checks, ensure cleanliness is maintained during the shift to achieve and maintain company standards.

Qualifications

• Category D PCV driving licence.
• Valid CPC card.
• No more than 6 penalty points on licence for insurance purposes.
• Awareness of all Traffic and PCV driving Regulations.
