We’re looking for a Social Operations Manager to oversee and optimise the day-to-day operations of our global social content team. This team creates content for an audience of over 150 million people, and your role is to ensure it operates efficiently, delivers consistent high-quality output, and aligns with our mission of positivity and cultural relevance. You’ll be a key part of scaling and refining our operations, ensuring our content is topical, on-trend, and impactful across 10+ brands.

What Will You Be Doing?

  • Running the social team – Ensuring structure, efficiency, and high performance across the team.
  • Working with the Head of Social – Ensuring content execution is seamless, workflows are optimised, and inefficiencies are eliminated.
  • Owning execution – Making sure content is published on time, at scale, and without issues.
  • Fixing inefficiencies – Identifying and improving processes that aren’t working.
  • Tracking output and performance – Using data to measure success and optimise workflows.
  • Holding people accountable – Ensuring the team delivers on expectations.
  • Team management – Training new hires, sharing best practices, and driving continuous improvement.
  • Driving workflow improvements – Making sure processes are tight, scalable, and built for speed.
  • AI integration – Implementing AI-driven tools and processes to enhance efficiency and content quality.
  • Crisis management – Handling challenges quickly and effectively to protect brand integrity.
  • Quality assurance – Ensuring content meets the highest standards.
  • Key project delivery – Leading and managing strategic initiatives that elevate our content operations.
