This role requires someone who is not only an exceptional project leader but also a strategic thinker with excellent client relationship skills.

You will be responsible for overseeing the entire lifecycle of projects from creative ideation to final execution while ensuring client expectations are met and surpassed. The role demands a unique blend of creativity, leadership, and operational acumen, making it perfect for someone who can thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Leadership

  • Lead and manage end-to-end production of live experiential activations, including events, brand installations, and multi-channel experiences.
  • Work closely with creative teams to develop compelling concepts that meet client objectives and align with brand strategies.
  • Oversee production timelines, budgets, and resources, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality.
  • Serve as the key liaison between internal teams—creative, production, accounts—and clients to ensure clear communication and alignment.

Client Relationship Management

  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring a strong partnership and trust-building throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Lead client meetings and presentations, clearly articulating ideas, plans, and strategies to ensure understanding and buy-in.
  • Anticipate client needs and offer innovative solutions to exceed expectations while delivering high-quality, impactful experiences.

Creative Collaboration

  • Collaborate closely with creative teams to ensure that experiential concepts are both innovative and feasible within production constraints.
  • Drive the creative process by fostering a collaborative environment, encouraging ideation, and helping shape the overall vision of the project.
  • Ensure the creative integrity of the project is maintained while balancing production realities.

Production Oversight

  • Oversee the coordination of production teams, ensuring technical execution aligns with creative concepts.
  • Interface with external vendors and partners to secure and manage production resources, ensuring seamless execution of all technical aspects, including AV, staging, lighting, and logistics.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve any challenges that arise during the production process, ensuring that issues are addressed without compromising the final result.

Budget & Resource Management

  • Manage project budgets, ensuring accurate financial tracking and reporting to clients.
  • Optimise resources by strategically allocating team members and contractors to meet project needs efficiently.
  • Ensure financial health of each project through cost-effective solutions while maintaining quality.

Account Management:

  • Collaborate with account teams to ensure client satisfaction, consistently delivering solutions that meet business goals.
  • Act as a strategic advisor to clients, helping them understand the value of creative and production solutions in achieving their brand goals.
  • Support business development efforts by pitching ideas and leading proposal development for new opportunities.

Key Qualifications:

  • Proven track record of successfully leading large-scale, complex experiential projects across multiple industries.
  • Demonstrated experience interfacing with and leading creative, production, and account management teams.
  • Expertise in managing high-profile client relationships and consistently delivering top-tier results.

Skills

  • Exceptional leadership and team management abilities, with a talent for inspiring collaboration across departments.
  • Strong understanding of the production process and the ability to balance creative aspirations with practical execution.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly to clients and internal teams.
  • Strong financial and project management skills, with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation.
