Fitch Solutions is seeking a Senior Associate focused on integrating vendor platforms, managing contact data, and overseeing contract lifecycle management within our CRM system, Salesforce. This role is ideal for a Junior Business Analyst eager to advance by leading integration projects and enhancing data stewardship and contract processes.

We'll Count on You to Accomplish (Key Results Area):

  • Manage integrations of vendor and add-on platforms with Salesforce to enhance our sales enablement tech stack.
  • Oversee the quality and accuracy of contact data within Salesforce, ensuring adherence to data governance policies.
  • Implement and manage contract lifecycle management processes, ensuring efficient tracking and renewal of contracts.
  • Gather requirements, write user stories, and conduct testing for new and existing platform integrations.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure seamless integration and functionality of CRM systems.
  • Assist the sales enablement team in the rollout, training, and adoption of new integrations.
  • Maintain and update integration documentation for clarity and accuracy.
  • Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to streamline and enhance integration and data management processes.
  • Monitor integration performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal functionality.
