We are currently hiring for an experienced Global Inventory Planning Manager to join a prestigious luxury fashion brand on a temporary basis. This role is an exciting opportunity to work within a dynamic and fast-paced planning environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee global inventory management, ensuring alignment with financial and operational targets across all sales channels (Retail, Digital, Outlet, Wholesale).
- Prepare and present OTB sign-off reports to senior leadership, providing strategic recommendations based on complex data analysis.
- Own the centralised Global and Regional Rolling OTB, optimising inventory levels and productivity.
- Define and manage Regional Revenue and Procurement Targets in partnership with Merchandising, Replenishment, and Regional teams.
- Identify and mitigate risks affecting overall sales margins, escalating issues as needed.
- Manage Global Safety Stock and Central Inventory Orders to ensure stock availability and efficiency.
- Propose and implement inventory rebalancing strategies to enhance global sell-through performance.
- Develop and oversee markdown and delisting strategies.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in global inventory management and OTB planning within the luxury fashion industry.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to present complex data in a clear and strategic manner.
- Experience working cross-functionally with Finance, Merchandising, and Regional Planning teams.
- Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills.
- Available for immediate start on a temporary contract.
