Compliance Specialist

As a Compliance Officer, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the company's regulatory standards including:

• Developing and implementing compliance policies and procedures
• Monitoring and reporting on regulatory changes affecting the business
• Conducting internal audits and risk assessments
• Providing compliance training to staff at all levels
• Liaising with regulatory bodies and external auditors

Required knowledge and experience:

• 5-6 years in a broad Compliance preferably in a hedge fund environment
• In-depth knowledge of UK financial regulations and compliance frameworks
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
