Salary: £30,000 per annum

Location: Chelmsford

Full Time: Monday - Thursday (8:30 am - 5:00 pm) and working either Friday or Sunday (rotational). 37 ½ hours per week.

We are working with a long-standing and leading business, who due to continuous growth and expansion of their teams, are looking to recruit a Store Manager to join their dynamic team in Cheltenham. They are the largest supplier in their industry and are proud to work with multiple luxurious and innovative brands to present some of the best products to the market.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in retail or a similar management role.
  • Full driving license is essential.
  • A strong passion for personal development and success.
  • Experience in stock management, including hands-on replenishment, stock counts, and booking in stock.
  • Supervisory skills and/or previous experience managing a small team.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to maintain existing relationships and identify new sales and business development opportunities.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive business development to increase sales and maximise profitability.
  • Take full operational accountability for stock management, cash handling, and overall business performance to achieve targets.
  • Lead and manage a team of six staff, inspiring and developing them to deliver outstanding results.
  • Ensure excellent customer satisfaction and service standards.
