Your role will be to seamlessly manage multiple Programs end-to-end to ensure they are delivered on time, to brief and within budget. The primary focus is on delivering best-in-class, high performing Programs that take growth and delivery to the next level. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Develop and execute innovative user acquisition strategies that leverage network effects, ambassador programs, and community-driven growth to scale Goodwall globally.
- Lead and optimize both organic and paid acquisition campaigns across Meta, Google Ads, LinkedIn, TikTok, and Email—from ideation to execution and performance analysis.
- Utilize data-driven decision-making to analyze key performance metrics, optimize campaigns, and refine acquisition and retention strategies.
- Identify and solve growth bottlenecks, ensuring marketing efforts are aligned with business goals and continuously optimized for performance.
- Work cross-functionally with product, data, and content teams to ensure seamless user journeys, improving conversion rates at every funnel stage.
- Lead budget planning and reporting, providing insights on marketing expenditure, ROI, and forecasting for scalable growth strategies.
- Optimize workflow efficiency through automation, data integrations, and the use of analytics tools to improve tracking, reporting, and decision-making.
- Establish strategic partnerships with organizations, influencers, and platforms to drive growth and engagement in key markets.

- 5+ years of professional work experience in Marketing either at a tech start-up, product company or in the development sector.
- Digital Marketing Expertise: Proven success in user acquisition and engagement, with a history of effective campaigns and measurable achievements.
- Analytical Ability: Skilled in analyzing performance data to optimize strategies and improve ROI, making informed, data-driven decisions.
- Project Management: Capable of managing multiple projects efficiently, ensuring timely and budget-compliant delivery.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities, adept at collaborating with teams and influencing stakeholders.
- Marketing Tools Knowledge: Proficient with various marketing platforms (e.g., Meta, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Ads) to execute targeted campaigns.
