SEN Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated SEN Specialist to join a supportive secondary school in Walsall, working with vulnerable young adults in KS3 and KS4 diagnosed with ADHD and Autism.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide tailored support to students with ADHD and Autism.
• Develop and implement individualised education plans.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and external agencies.
• Promote an inclusive learning environment.

Requirements:

• Experience working with young adults with ADHD and Autism.
• Strong understanding of SEN strategies in KS3 and KS4 settings.
• Child and Adult DBS required (or willingness to acquire one through us).
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
