Senior Quantity Surveyor – Middlesex – Residential

London Full-Time 52000 - 78000 £ / year (est.) No home office possible

Salary: up to £65,000 plus package

Location: Middlesex

My client, a residential developer in the North West London/Middlesex region who specializes in new build residential houses and apartments, is currently looking to add experienced quantity surveyors to their growing commercial team.

The ideal candidate would have more than 5+ years’ experience with a UK residential developer on a permanent basis, working on residential new build projects from inception to completion.

In return, my client can offer a competitive salary (DOE) plus a package and career progression within the company.

A degree/masters in Quantity Surveying is essential. RICS membership is desirable but not essential. CIOB membership is desirable but not essential.
