FD Recruit, a specialised division of the Exec Recruit Group, is seeking an experienced and motivated Recruitment Consultant to join our existing team. We specialise in senior finance appointments and executive search, operating across the UK and the US. This role offers the opportunity to work in a fully remote environment with access to advanced technology, enabling you to focus on delivering exceptional results without unnecessary distractions. This is a remote role; however, due to frequent client visits, advisor meetings, and networking events, candidates must be based in the North of England.

The Role

We are looking for a skilled recruiter with a strong track record in professional recruitment, ideally within the finance sector. This role requires experience working with senior business leaders and the ability to develop and manage relationships with both clients and candidates. As part of our team, you will:

  • Engage with senior-level clients and candidates to deliver tailored recruitment solutions.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships through a consultative and professional approach.
  • Leverage cutting-edge technology, including an intuitive CRM system, to enhance your efficiency and productivity.

About You

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Current experience in 360 recruitment, including sourcing, engaging, and placing candidates.
  • A background in finance recruitment, with experience at a senior level preferred.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • The ability to work independently and manage your time effectively.

This role is best suited to individuals who value flexibility and autonomy over a traditional office structure. Please note: We are seeking experienced 360 recruiters only. This role is not suited to internal recruiters, RPO recruiters, HR professionals, or talent managers.
