About you
We’re seeking an exceptional leader with extensive experience working in a membership organisation to drive CIH’s membership, member engagement, and events offer. You’ll have a strong understanding of what it takes to lead high-performing, specialist teams, paired with a high level of personal integrity. Excellent communication skills are essential, as you’ll be responsible for building relationships with stakeholders at all levels and presenting complex ideas in clear, accessible ways. With a keen commercial mindset, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the organisation to achieve our growth, engagement, and retention goals, whilst ensuring exceptional member experience and satisfaction.
