A global distributor for games and toys is looking for an accounts coordinator to manage the relationship with its high-profile partners in France. This organisation has the license agreements for some of the largest and most prominent names in the market. It is a multi-million-dollar organisation distributing product to over 80 countries, with offices in Hong Kong, China, London, France and Germany. Due to exponential year-on-year growth, all offices are growing the teams across all functions.

The account coordinator manages customer and operational transactions in partnership with high profile retail accounts across France. In this role you will be expected to support communication across all functions, mostly commercial, operations and supply chain; ensuring communication is clear whilst maintaining excellent organisational skills.

You will be responsible for all aspects of account management from sales analysis, processing orders and ensuring accurate, timely deliveries to the relationship with partners and retailers. Coming from a sales support role, you must be fluent in French with a good comprehension of English. You will be working exclusively with French accounts which is why the language requirement is a necessity.

The company is open to the product sector, as long as you have experience in a sales support role. Strong excel knowledge including a working knowledge of pivot tables and v-lookups is important as a lot of reporting is carried out using excel. You will be a team player with a can-do attitude who isn’t afraid to roll your sleeves up and get stuck in. The company culture is one of teamwork and collaboration, everyone supports one another.
