Business Analyst with Project Management experience required for a thriving legal firm based in the South East, on a 12-month fixed-term contract.
As a Business Analyst you will be working for a well-established, successful legal firm who are undergoing a significant IT transformation and upgrade project. As well as strong experience as a Business Analyst in a law firm, you will need strong experience of software application implementation. This will ideally include legal software and case management systems, and a good understanding of general IT infrastructure and cloud is also required.
This Business Analyst role will see you involved in business and systems analysis, working with the wider team and defining user stories, and processes. You will also have project management responsibilities, working closely with the development team on multiple concurrent projects.
Please note that this is a 12-month FTC hybrid role working from the Crawley office, and has a salary of between £55k and £65k.
Business Analyst / Project Manager requirements:- Strong experience as a Business Analyst working for a law firm / within a legal environment
- Solid IT / application project management experience is essential
- You must be able to demonstrate delivery of complex IT and applications projects
- Defining user stories, creating technical documents and conducting workshops / training
- Good SQL experience (eg data querying, SQL development, structure analysis etc)
- Specific experience of legal software and case management systems (CMS) is desirable
- You must live within commutable distance of Crawley for hybrid working
