I am delighted to be working with an innovative and compelling medical and scientific communications agency to appoint a People and Culture Manager!
About the role:
As People and Culture Manager, this role will offer both a hands-on and strategic approach to HR, helping to cultivate an amazing and innovative company culture within a commercial and talent-focused environment. The role reports into the Group HR Director and supports approximately 80 headcount. You will work on the end-to-end employment lifecycle covering all HR generalist areas.
Below are some key skills required:
- Driving strategic HR – reviewing HR policies and procedures and HR initiatives that drive an excellent culture and business performance.
- Employee relations – excellent employment law experience and the ability to business partner with senior leaders on ER management.
- Driver of performance, talent, and engagement – ensuring employees have the tools to succeed and opportunities to develop and progress within the business.
- Recruitment – experience running end-to-end recruitment processes and assisting Managers on best practices and inclusive processes.
- Experience across HR projects within EDI, employee engagement, and retention.
About you:
You will be an experienced HR Generalist who has managed the end-to-end employee lifecycle and is used to business partnering with senior leaders. You will have led on employee relations casework, recruitment, talent management, and ideally have worked on employee engagement projects. You will be used to working in small businesses that operate across a commercial landscape, ideally within the agency, communications, or similar businesses. This is a brilliant role for an ambitious HR generalist looking to continue to grow their expertise and be part of wider HR projects. CIPD Level 5 or equivalent required.
Salary: £60,000 and 2 days in office
