The ideal candidate will:

  • Have a degree related to the field of Sustainability
  • Have excellent communication skills
  • Be a qualified BREEAM AP/Assessor
  • Have 1-3 years' experience conducting BREEAM assessments
  • Show an ability to deal with varying workloads
  • Have a passion for the Sustainability sector
  • Have experience in a similar role

Responsibilities:

  • Completing life cycle assessments
  • Environmental assessments of buildings
  • Assisting with BREEAM and other assessments
  • Assisting with the modelling of domestic and non-domestic buildings
