An immediate requirement has arisen for a Surveyor/Senior Surveyor to join a leading Valuation team for a global property consultancy. This role is offering up to £48,000 Per Annum + Car Allowance + Benefits. This role will predominately focus on Loan security valuation for a range of clients across the South East across residential and commercial investments, residential and mixed use development schemes and portfolios.
Job Role:
- Provide valuation services predominately for Loan security purposes
- Working across the following asset classes: residential and commercial investments, residential and mixed use development schemes and portfolios.
- Manages existing client relationships at a senior level on a day-to-day basis
- Can identify new business opportunities outside own discipline and pass on
- Responsible for managing small to medium sized instructions or subsections of major projects
- Builds own network within and outside of the Valuation Business Line
Skills Required:
- MRICS & RICS Registered Valuer
- Demonstrable record within Valuation working for a leading consultancy or boutique firm
- Exposure to Valuation across any market either Residential or Commercial
- Previous experience of enhancing performance through growth and profitability
- Working knowledge of Argus/KEL or other valuation software
- Microsoft package proficient
