We have an exciting opportunity for a Project Coordinator (Translations) to support and coordinate the translation process of training content for our business ensuring accuracy, consistency, and timely delivery of translated materials across multiple languages and regions. This role will develop and look for opportunities to improve the process for training content translation for all our training content. The role will use both technology solutions and where necessary native language speakers to provide translation. The role will not be doing any direct translations but will work with our regional teams and coordinate with our subject matter experts across the network to ensure our portfolio is in line with regional and corporate legislation and meets both our internal and customer requirements.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Update and review content ensuring accurate translation input from all relevant internal stakeholders and subject matter experts.
  • Collaborate with SMEs and internal stakeholders to gather insights and refine translation.
  • Document the translation process.
  • Track and log the translation status of all training assets that have been translated.
  • Integrate translation into our training content using the various software applications we use for content development.

What We Are Looking For

  • Strong project management skills.
  • Solid English skills in both written and spoken English.
  • Working and demonstrable knowledge of Articulate Storyline.
  • Experience of learning content translation management.
  • IT literacy and advanced knowledge on Microsoft packages with the ability to quickly gain a working knowledge of modern technology.
