A global investment bank is seeking a skilled ISDA/Derivatives Documentation Negotiator to join their dynamic and collaborative London-based team.
About the Role:
Reporting directly to the Head of the Department, you will play a pivotal role in negotiating French conventions-cadres, including but not limited to the FBF-Dérivés, FBF-PL, and AFTI-FBF-Titres, as well as other master agreements including ISDAs and CSAs.
Key Requirements:
- A minimum of 5 years’ proven experience in derivatives documentation negotiation.
- Strong expertise in ISDA and FBF Master Agreements.
- Fluency in business-level French (spoken and written) is essential.
- Ability to thrive in a high-performing, collaborative team environment.
