Overview: Mastercard Payment Gateway Services is a leading supplier of online payment and fraud screening services. As part of Mastercard, we are an innovative and ambitious market leader intent on growing our global presence. This position reports to the Director, Market Product Management, Gateway Solutions. The Market Product Management team delivers on the gateway strategy in Europe, through cross-functional collaboration across the product, Mastercard's European regional account teams, and customers. This role sits at the intersection of customer, market, product innovation, and customer support, providing incredible opportunities for learning, organizational visibility, and career growth. Role:

  • Support product enablement strategy and roadmap, and customer requirements documentation to enable key customer projects.
  • Monitor and assist key customer projects in defining project scope and supporting delivery teams and customers for removing any blockages.
  • Support Europe Gateway's performance review and reporting process.
  • Provide analytical support for the development of value propositions for capabilities and/or customer segments within the region.
  • Maintain a library of standard artifacts to support the products and customers in the region.
  • Regularly interact with global product and technical teams to develop and maintain an expert-level understanding of the products.
  • Develop a deep understanding of customer needs, working closely with Product SMEs to define solutions to solve.
  • Be a creative product thinker who enjoys working with engineers and designers.

  • Experience in supporting strategy, complex projects, and product development initiatives.
  • Payments industry knowledge and experience, particularly credit card payments with a focus on e-commerce.
  • High attention to detail, adaptable, executes with a sense of urgency, and possesses good planning and organizational skills.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with an ability to identify key issues, structure analysis, and provide recommendations.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Focused on continuous improvement both personally and commercially.
  • Proficient in MS Office Applications, Internet & Email.
  • Able to work and learn quickly in a fast-paced, fun, and dynamic environment.
  • Proven ability to work in a cross-functional team, highly collaborative.
