An established Tier 1 construction company is seeking an experienced Fit-Out Project Manager to lead high-value commercial projects in critical environments, including data centres, life sciences, and aviation. The Role:

The Fit-Out Project Manager will take full ownership of projects, from pre-construction to handover, ensuring timely delivery, budget control, and quality assurance. This role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and commercial acumen to manage project teams, subcontractors, and key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute detailed project plans, ensuring timelines and budgets are met
• Lead project teams, managing subcontractors and suppliers to deliver high-quality results
• Oversee health & safety compliance, ensuring a safe working environment at all times
• Manage procurement, cost control, and financial reporting to align with commercial targets
• Ensure quality control throughout the fit-out process, from structural works to finishing details
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing regular updates and issue resolution

Ideal Candidate:

• Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline
• 5+ years’ experience in high-end fit-out project management
• Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to drive performance
• Proficiency in MS Office, project scheduling software (MS Project or equivalent)
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and a keen eye for detail
