The team offers strategic branding and outstanding creative work across a range of digital platforms, providing a fully immersive offer. Clients are both UK and global. The team is expanding and is looking for a Senior Account Manager/Account Director to come on board. This is a brand new role! Candidates should have a passion for both brand and digital brands, with experience working in a branding agency and responsibility for bringing the brand to life online and across various digital applications. Experience across sizeable brand projects with a creative tech element is essential. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a busy environment and loves the buzz of working in a collaborative team.
Responsibilities:
- Be the key point of contact between your team and senior-level client contacts.
- Determine and scope client requirements and growth initiatives.
- Estimate, budget and cost control.
- Develop and monitor timing plans.
- Manage workflow within the agency.
- Brief creative and creative technology teams.
- Manage the design development process.
- Evaluate creative work.
- Support the senior Client Services team.
- Opportunity to travel.
Skills/Experience:
- At least 4-5 years of creative agency experience.
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
- Tactful and persuasive at senior client level.
- Confident, enthusiastic and self-motivated.
- Calm, patient and resilient.
- Able to prioritise and multi-task.
- Thorough and diligent, with great attention to detail.
- Ability to travel both domestically and internationally.
