Salary: Basic £20,000 (£35,000 per annum, inclusive of OTE, with the potential for higher earnings thanks to uncapped OTE). Company vehicle provided.
Working Hours: Monday to Friday - 9am - 6pm (1 day off). Weekend availability - Saturday 9am - 6pm, Sunday 10am - 4pm (Sundays on rota basis).
Responsibilities:
- Putting the customer at the heart of everything you do, building relationships and loyalty so customers come back time and time again.
- Strive to exceed all set targets and sales objectives.
- Proactive use of database for customer follow-ups in order to maximize sales.
- Accomplish maximum profitability from vehicle and accessory sales.
- Enthusiastic interest towards ongoing training and development, ensuring all relevant technical, product, legal, and promotional information is obtained and understood.
- Chasing progress on sold orders.
The ideal Automotive Sales Executive:
- Experience of working within a similar position is preferred although not essential.
- Have a solid sales background in the Automotive industry.
- Self-motivated and dedicated individual.
- Customer service oriented who really wants to achieve or overachieve their sales objective.
- Ability to work within a team.
- Must have a valid Driving License.
- Excellent telephone and face-to-face communication skills.
