We Realise Potential in Your Story. Based in the heart of Shoreditch, we are an award-winning digital content studio and media network who are currently on a quest to find an Insights Analyst to join our Entertainment Team on a 12-month fixed-term basis.
As an Insights Analyst, you will support our client servicing teams to deliver detailed insights, converting complex raw data from social platforms into easily readable and digestible formats, contextualizing performance in internal and external reports. This role requires working both independently and with other members of the team. You should be comfortable with reading, extracting, and manipulating data and also confident presenting your findings to other teams. If you are passionate about using your data analytics skills to uncover insights and learnings about some of the biggest entertainment and broadcast brands in the world, we’d love to hear from you.

How you’ll spend your time:
- Supporting the client servicing teams with the collection of data and extraction of insights from social platform analytics and other sources for presentation in graphs, tables, decks, and reports.
- Management and timely delivery of recurring client report schedule and ad hoc requests.
- Identifying narratives and trends in data and communicating these to the relevant project stakeholders.
What you need to succeed:
- Previous experience in a data manipulation / analytical role.
- Exceptional attention to detail, numeracy, and accuracy.
- Excellent collaboration skills.
- Able to communicate information from technical data to non-technically minded colleagues.
Desirable attributes:
- Previous experience with data manipulation tools such as BI, Looker, Python, SQL.
- Previous experience of producing client reports, accompanying analytics data with narratives.
- Previous experience working with social platform data.
- Keen interest in TV and Entertainment content.
- Detailed knowledge of social media.
