Mount Royal Hotel Edinburgh by the Unlimited Collection is seeking a charming and engaging Food and Beverage Attendant with a passion for service excellence. You will report to the Assistant Food and Beverage Manager, working towards providing our guests with memorable experiences of the restaurant.
A Food and Beverage Attendant will:
- Be highly courteous and give our guests a memorable service and lasting impression
- Provide exceptional service by demonstrating full knowledge of our products and facilities
- Ensure that the daily task list is completed effectively
- Work collaboratively with your colleagues to deliver captivating experiences
- Take initiative in accommodating our guests' needs in a resourceful manner
To be successful in the role of Food and Beverage Attendant, we require:
- Excellent guest engagement skills
