GH Engage are partnered with an end user company who are seeking an Engineering Manager with a background in mechanical engineering (HVAC/Plumbing/Building Fabric). The Engineering Manager, along with the existing management team, will lead a team of in-house Shift Engineers in delivering mechanical, electrical, and critical engineering maintenance to a state-of-the-art commercial tower.
We are looking to speak to candidates with the following experience:
- 5+ years of experience in an Engineering Manager/Technical Services Manager role or similar.
- 3+ years of experience within commercial towers/high rise buildings.
- Mechanical Engineering qualifications - Level 3 Eng.Tech/I.Eng.
- Experience with large closed commercial and domestic water systems.
- A good working knowledge of assets such as plumbing; HVAC systems, controls, refrigeration and electrical/mechanical, and experience managing cooling towers.
- Management of shift teams.
- Customer facing (high level banking tenants with their own technical staff).
- HVAP experience.
The successful candidate will be rewarded with excellent benefits, including:
