The Role

We are now looking for an Operations Coordinator to join our growing team! Reporting into our Traffic Manager, you will support with scheduling artwork briefings, support with printer management and stock taking, and be highly organised and efficient in a fast-paced studio environment. We are looking for someone with really great attention to detail, with a creative flair! This role will be based in our Studio in our Purley office 5 days per week.

Responsibilities

  • Daily scheduling of meetings/briefings on the traffic calendar, including the artworker, AM, TM and details of the job.
  • Adding jobs for each artworker onto WB, ensuring adding for correct hours according to Notion.
  • Check each day that each artworker has 8 hours of allocated work.
  • Handling any issues with the printers, reporting to GMG support.
  • Calibrating the printers weekly.
  • Checking stock regularly and ordering any supplies we require.
  • Ensuring printer room stays tidy, support department heads with any shredding.
  • Providing support on printing & making mockups for EU & US.
  • Provide support to the Design team on Packshots.

Experience with Photoshop, Excel.
