An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Wellbeing Advisor to join a leading Healthcare Company. This full-time role offers excellent benefits and a salary of up to £32,000 for a 37.5 hours work week.

As a Wellbeing Advisor, you will be reporting to a Senior Wellbeing Physiologist and supporting the delivery of musculoskeletal and health coaching programs on-site. You will be responsible for:

  • Conducting lifestyle assessments and providing tailored, evidence-based advice.
  • Developing action plans, setting goals, and supporting patients in managing chronic conditions.
  • Delivering exercise sessions and using specialised equipment for clinical tests.
  • Analysing clinical data, assessing risks, and escalating to GPs or OH practitioners as needed.
  • Supporting workshops, webinars, and designing health promotion campaigns.
  • Acting as a health role model and promoting a culture prioritising wellbeing.
  • Maintaining up-to-date knowledge and ensuring patient confidentiality.

What we are looking for:

  • Previously worked as a Wellbeing Advisor, Occupational Health Advisor, Health & Wellbeing Advisor, Health & Wellbeing Coach or in a similar role.
  • Possess physiology experience.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Sports Science.
  • Experience in delivering health assessments and providing tailored wellbeing advice.
  • Background in setting goals, coaching individuals, and promoting sustainable lifestyle changes.
  • Ability to use specialised equipment for physiological tests and interpret clinical data.
  • Strong knowledge of health and wellbeing strategies and evidence-based interventions.
