We are seeking an experienced and commercially astute Director to join our Strategic Development Consultancy team in London. This advisory service line is a growth area of our business and works on some of London’s most significant development projects. The candidate will need demonstrable experience in either transactional or advisory roles and have an excellent understanding of the London Real Estate market.
We are looking for an ambitious team player who possesses a diverse and practical skill set, is adaptable to meet our clients' evolving needs, and has the ability to work across multidisciplinary teams on large-scale, residentially led mixed-use projects.

We are an advisory team providing strategic development consultancy services on London’s most exciting regeneration projects, including Brent Cross Town, Canada Water, and Television Centre. We also are appointed advisors to some of the largest institutions such as Landsec, British Land, and URW (Westfield), and public bodies such as Places for London (TfL) and Network Rail. We work closely with transactional teams, in particular Development Land, Residential Operational Capital Markets, and Commercial Development.
