Capstone's Project Management division has a requirement for an Associate Director / Director level individual to work for a fast-growing boutique multi-disciplinary consultancy based centrally in London. Our client has quickly grown, enjoying success with increasing project values and both repeat and new business. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who wants to grow this business with equity for those who come in and perform.
The Role:
As an Associate Director / Director in the London PM Team, you will provide oversight, leadership, direction, and control of large and complex projects. You will be required to lead full multi-discipline commissions, taking responsibility for their successful delivery. The role will require an element of business development, seeking out and securing new work opportunities with new and existing clients while working alongside others in the team to develop and secure new opportunities for the London and South East Region. Projects are typically a mix of large commercial CATA "Cut & Curve" along with CATB fit-out and industrial, however not limited to these sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Experience delivering major construction projects from inception through to completion.
- Reporting into senior stakeholders.
- Extensive knowledge of JCT and Design & Build contract forms.
- Demonstrable experience acting in an Employers Agent or Contract Administrator role.
- Good working knowledge of all the main project management concepts, tools, and techniques.
Attributes:
- Ideally, you will be degree educated and chartered (MRICS, MCIOB, MAPM, RIBA).
- Minimum of 10 years' experience working for either a developer, consultancy, or construction company.
- A consultative approach.
