Due to an increase in upcoming projects, there is now a need for a Multi Skilled HVAC Engineer to join this highly successful and forward-thinking organisation. We are looking for a Multi Skilled HVAC Engineer who wants to work in a diverse role where no two days are the same.
As the Multi Skilled HVAC Engineer, you will provide the delivery of both planned and reactive FM maintenance services. The Multi Skilled HVAC Engineer will be responsible for:
- Maintain and repair all operational equipment within high street retail stores.
- Conducting routine PPM, Reactive and Emergency tasks.
- Answering queries, overseeing planned PPM/compliance works and keeping the client informed of site activities.
- Diagnose and repair faults on HVAC systems and appliances.
- Undertake all facets of maintenance and installation requirements in line with contractual obligations.
- Assisting contractors and sub-contractors and ensure compliance with all statutory obligations.
- Complete all relevant documentation accurately and timely.
To be successful for this Multi Skilled HVAC Engineer role you must have:
- NVQ / City & Guilds Level 2 or Equivalent HVAC / AC qualification(s)
- F-Gas/ODS Regulations certification
- A good understanding of Health & Safety legislation and building Statutory Compliance
- Full UK Driving Licence
