We are looking to expand our freelancer pool for German speaking learning experience professionals including Senior Learning Experience Designers, Learning Experience Designers and Art Directors. We are looking for candidates that are fluent in written and spoken German and English and have experience working on digital learning projects.
Senior Learning Experience Designer – German speaking
As a senior learning experience designer, you will work with our client stakeholders to develop an innovative, pedagogically strong learning solution that meets their business needs. You will own the overall creative vision for the project. You will mentor and review the work of learning designers as well as collaborating with art directors, developers and project managers and client subject matter experts (SMEs). Building on several years of experience, you will have an extensive understanding of the principles of adult learning and of learning technologies and you will be confident leading workshops with clients, holding client interviews, writing creative treatments and drawing-up novel design approaches and scoping documentation. An excellent communicator, you must be able to collaborate effectively with clients and colleagues at all levels.
Learning Experience Designer - German speaking
As a Learning Experience Designer, you will work with the Senior Learning Experience Designer to design and write learning content that meets client requirements, exceeds expectations, and is delivered to schedule and budget. You will work closely with art directors, developers and project managers as well as client subject matter experts (SMEs) to develop learning solutions. You will demonstrate an immediate ability to communicate orally and in writing in a clear, concise and effective manner as well as a creative flair both in writing and problem solving.
Art Director - German speaking
As an Art Director, you will be responsible for leading the visual direction of projects. You will discuss the clients’ brand and visual requirements to create a diverse range of art direction for a variety of digital and print outputs. You will also oversee and review the work of any Media Designers assigned to create the assets for the project. You will understand how to extract a brief and turn it into a creative design that works across a range of responsive and adaptive frameworks. You should be comfortable working in multi-disciplinary teams, collaborating effectively with colleagues in both content and technical development. You will be proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud, able to deliver high quality concepts & designs using a broad range of techniques including image manipulation, vector illustration and typography and understand why UI and UX design is essential to every great digital experience.
Project Manager – German speaking
The Project Manager is the focal point for all Content Development projects ensuring they are delivered to scope, plan and on budget. They are responsible for coordinating and managing the entire life cycle of their assigned learning projects working with Design, Content and vendor teams together with key customer stakeholders.
