Job Role: Planning Lawyer
Location: Southampton / Hybrid
Role Details:
This is an incredible career growth opportunity for a knowledgeable Associate who is a Planning Expert and is working in a Legal firm with a strong Real Estate reputation.
The role will involve assisting with the management of key client relationships within the whole of the Real Estate division as well as drafting and advising on all kinds of planning matters including section 106 Agreements and unilateral undertakings, planning appeals, applications, planning objections, compulsory purchase, and all associated advice arising from the Real Estate division across all offices.
