The predicted salary is between 48000 - 52000 £ per year.
Our client, an international software company based in London, requires an experienced and dynamic Executive Assistant. The role will deliver a proactive, reliable, consistent, and efficient support function to the CEO and form a key part of the Executive support team. This is an exciting opportunity working in the London office 5 days per week, with the expectation that you will travel abroad at least 4 times a year for an average of 7 days each time.
The main duties of the EA role are:
- Ensure the CEO is advised of inbox priorities
- Schedule meetings, travel, and any logistics
- Work with other PAs to provide Executive support
- Support other Operations teams (HR, Finance, Legal, etc.) in the provision of consistent and efficient operational solutions across the business
- Assist with company events and collaborate on cross-team/cross-functional activities
Skills & Experience
- Degree with 2:1 or above, plus a good pass grade in Maths at GCSE level
- Extensive experience providing a high standard of operational and administrative support to Executives
- Experience in the technology sector is preferred, but other sectors will be considered
- Excellent communication skills
- Project and event management experience
- Willingness to travel on behalf of the Company and participate in Company-related events
- Excellent IT skills including email, internet, word processing, spreadsheets, and shared documents
- Self-driven, results-oriented team player with a positive outlook
- Excellent attention to detail
- A natural forward planner and able to critically assess own performance
- Reliable, tolerant, and determined with a good sense of humour
- Keen to assume responsibility and accountability
- Ability to provide a high standard of operational and administrative support in a dynamic office environment
